I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfy and very clean, making my quick trip comfortable. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond for a consistently comfortable stay. The location was excellent, just a street back from the Strand, perfect for exploring Townsville. Though a bit further from the center, being just around the corner from The Watermark added convenience. I didn't have the chance to try the dining, but everything else made my stay memorable.

The service was amazing and so flexible, always fitting us in if there is any vacancy and going above and beyond. The location is perfect, close to the strand and night markets, just around the corner from the beach, on a quiet street. However, no specific comment was made about the dining or facilities.
